This library was created as a Redhill Games internal project with a three month time frame from concept to finish.

I worked on the Library project with Anatoli Bondarik and we ended up splitting the space into two sections, the hallway/nave section and the octagonal end room. I was responsible for the octagonal space with the arched bookshelves, which meant designing, blocking out, modeling, set dressing, and finalizing the space. I was also tasked with creating the majority of the materials and decals in the images, apart from the wood trim done by Anatoli which I only did the last pass on, and a patch of damage on the ceiling (modified Megascans decal). Some of the props such as the giant lamps, table lamps, chairs, and stools were also my responsibility.

The layout of the rosette on the floor and the stained glass motifs were designed by Paul Thureau. After the UVs and main material were done for the stained glass, Paul also provided an additional handpainted layer to the keys, books, and other symbols in the glass which I layered into the Designer material. The lighting was done by Simo Kettunen. Additional VFX and tech art like the dust, god rays, and glass shader were provided by Adiyar Aidarbekov and Iiro Harra. Thanks to everyone, it was fun!
